Posted by Dance Studies Association on 2021-10-25
Conversations is currently seeking inquiries and proposals from potential guest editors for the 2022 issue. Issues may feature a combination of text, photo and video materials, and include think pieces, scholarly dialogues, practitioner critical reflections, photo or video essays, poetic reveries, reports from the field, ethnographic considerations, introductions to archival repositories, theoretical provocations, interviews, proceedings from important recent roundtables, and more.
Proposals should include:

Keeping in mind the journal’s new digital platform, indicate which publication formats you will seek and list five to seven potential contributors. Explain why Conversations is the ideal venue for this project. Finally, tell us about previous experiences with editing or related activities that you will bring to the task of guest-editing.
A proposed Call for Contributions (350 word maximum).
Please email inquiries and proposals to the Conversations Editor, Rachel Carrico (email@example.com) no later than November 1, 2021.
