<bio id="bio3"><p>J<sc>ames</sc> M. C<sc>ornelius</sc> served as editor of this <italic>Journal</italic> for 10 issues, 2019 to 2023, and continues as editor of the ALA newsletter <italic>For the People</italic>. He edited, and co-authored with Dr. Carla Knorowski, <italic>Under Lincoln&#x2019;s Hat: 100 Objects that Tell the Story of His Life and Legacy</italic> (Lyons Press, 2016).</p></bio>
<bio id="bio4"><p>G<sc>lenn</sc> W. L<sc>a</sc>F<sc>antasie</sc> is the Richard Frockt Professor of Civil War History Emeritus, Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green. In January 2024, he will begin teaching U.S. Military History at the College of William and Mary. He is at work on a book for Oxford University Press: <italic>Our Union to Restore: Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and the Transformation of the United States</italic>. He becomes editor of this <italic>Journal </italic>with the Spring 2024 issue.</p></bio>
