Correction Notice for Dialectic Volumes 1-5: Copyright Statement Discrepancy
Abstract
From Vol. 1 through Vol. 5, at the time of publication, the copyright statement listed on Dialectic's PDFs was not consistent with the journal's official copyright policy.
As of October 2025, the downloadable PDFs for the entire back catalogue of Dialectic have been updated to accurately reflect the terms of the publication agreement. This includes (a) correcting the copyright statements to clarify that authors retain copyright, and (b) explicitly referencing the CC BY-NC-ND license on the copyright page.
