The Journal of the Abraham Lincoln Association welcomes manuscripts on any facet of the life of Abraham Lincoln, his family, his close associates, or his legacy. Manuscripts that illuminate the historical context in which Lincoln lived and worked and that examine economic, social, or cultural influences that were brought to bear on Lincoln and his contemporaries are also welcome, as are manuscripts that explore how Lincoln's reputation has fared over time in the collective memory of the nation and the world.
