Frank is the User Experience Librarian at Northwestern University, where he is responsible for researching and improving library services across multiple channels, systems, and websites. He is particularly focused on proactive user research, accessible design, and co-creating with users and teammates to design better library experiences. He is also interested in video game and automotive design. Frank has been a member of the Weave Board since January 2022.
