Biography
Dr. Toby J. Brooks is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation and Director of the Academy for Teaching and Learning at Baylor University. With more than two decades of experience in faculty development and academic leadership, his work explores the intersection of faculty beliefs, institutional culture, and transformative practice. He focuses on advancing evidence-informed teaching, ethical technology integration, and purpose-driven leadership in higher education. A professor, speaker, author, and podcaster, his show Becoming UnDone is globally in the Top 5 in Self-Improvement and Education and routinely in Apple's Top 200 across all categories. He has published nearly 40 peer-reviewed articles, 21 books, and more than 200 other articles across a variety of professional disciplines.
